I’ve always been drawn to understanding how systems shape human behavior, and how design can meaningfully intervene in those systems.
In 2021, I moved from the U.S. to Copenhagen to continue working at the intersection of design, systems, and sustainability. My background stretches across architectural engineering and design & innovation, which has shaped how I approach complex problems.
I often move between technical constraints, human behavior, and real-world context. I’ve leaned into this perspective through very different projects, from rethinking sustainable housing systems to analyzing how readers engage with digital platforms.
I tend to notice when things don’t quite add up. Like when a solution looks right on paper but doesn’t fully hold up in practice. That’s usually where I focus my attention. I try to understand what’s actually going on and what needs to change.
More recently, I’ve been working in a digital startup where I focus on user research and helping structure how design decisions are informed, aligned, and challenged earlier in the development process.
